Well, well, well. When the clock struck midnight and 22 March rolled around, some interesting things turned up on the EU PlayStation Store.
Firstly, many people had wondered what happened to the PS2 Classics range on PS4, as it seemingly died off almost straight away. Yet Rockstar, who already provided PS4 versions of GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas last year, have released two more of their celebrated titles onto current console in the form of school-set joygasm Bully (Canis Canem Edit EU fans), and the controversial grungey snuff-inspired title Manhunt. Both titles are priced at £11.99.
As if that wasn’t enough, the long-rumoured PS Vita version of turn-based brilliance that is XCOM: Enemy Unknown has also shown up for £15.99.
It’s rare Sony surprise us outside big events, but this is a cause for treble celebration! One, we know PS2 Classics are still a thing. Two, Rockstar released two great classics on PS4. And three, XCOM:EU is a perfect fit for the Vita.
Are you happy with that little bunch of suprise addtions?
