Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 launched its latest season with Season 3 Reloaded on Wednesday, only for players to encounter a bug that causes the game to constantly crash.
The error code which keeps appearing is “DEV ERROR 5433,” and what’s causing it is still unknown, as Activision has spent the entirety of launch day trying to figure it out.
It’s an issue that’s plaguing PlayStation players specifically, and while the latest news is that a new update is now live, there are still players reporting the issue persisting.
“We’ve deployed an update to address an issue causing DEV ERROR 5433 to occur on PlayStation platforms,” the Call Of Duty Updates Twitter account wrote.
“As a result, video previews in the Store are temporarily unavailable until further fixes are implemented.”
