Carmen Sandiego is back, after a decade-long hiatus the series is returning with a new puzzle adventure game titled after the scarlet vigilante herself, and for the first time in the franchises history, players will actually play as Sandiego.
Technically, the game will be out by the end of the month, though that’ll only be on iOS and Android devices. It’ll arrive on PS5 and PS4 consoles on March 4, 2025, and those especially keen fans can head to the PlayStation Store now to pre-order the game.
And if you do intend on playing Carmen Sandiego when it launches, it would be recommended that you pre-order the game to take advantage of a pre-order discount currently running.

However if you’re very familiar with the franchise, or are just a collector for any of the games you buy, then you’ll be happy to know there will be a physical edition made available for purchase some time this coming April 2025, as there’s no specific release date for it yet.
