The next instalment in The Witcher series, currently known as Polaris, is set to begin production this year, CD Projekt RED co-boss Adam Badowski has revealed.
We’d like to have around 400 people working on the project by the middle of the year.
Back in November last year, CDPR revealed that almost half of all its staff members were working on the new Witcher game, so things are clearing ramping up.
Polaris is set to kick off a brand new trilogy in the critically acclaimed fantasy-RPG series, although there’s no release date in sight yet for The Witcher 4 (or whatever it ends up being called). However, it is expected the game will launch at some point in 2026 or 2027.
