Kepler Interactive has announced on X that Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has now passed two million sales worldwide in 12 days.
This continues a strong reception for the game since its launch, having moved 500,000 copies just after release and hit one million three days after launch. In related news, its lead writer confirmed at the end of last month that DLC could happen given Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’s early success, while its movie adaptation is confirmed to be helped by the same producers behind the Sonic movies.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 takes place in a world inspired by Belle Époque France, and sees players embarking on a quest to destroy the Paintress, who is slowly erasing people by painting her monolith using a cursed number. She’s now at ’33,’ thus kicking off Expedition 33.
