Cloud Chamber, the studio behind the next instalment in the BioShock series, has revealed that it is ‘ramping up’ on the project with more than 30 new job openings available at the company.
Jeff Spoonhower, a senior cinematic designer with the company, confirmed on LinkedIn that 2K Cloud Chamber is now hiring for multiple positions on the new BIoShock, which continues to remain elusive more than ten years after the release of BioShock Infinite.

Cloud Chamber previously revealed on the 11th anniversary of BioShock Infinite that the new title is still cooking, but wouldn’t obviously reveal anything more on the project.
Details are few and far between on the new BioShock game, although last year it was claimed that the title had been rebooted multiple times and had been in development hell for some time. Cloud Chamber has revealed a few snippets of info in various job listings over the years; back in May 2021, it revealed the game would utilise Unreal Engine 5, for example.
