Ion Lands has unleashed the free PS5 upgrade for dystopian sci-fi romp Cloudpunk, bringing a host of new features to the game in the process.
Chief among the new additions include 4K resolution running at a silky-smooth 60 FPS, while the PS5’s DualSense controller also receives some much-needed attention with haptic feedback, controller speaker and adaptive trigger support. Meanwhile, Cloudpunk PS5 now includes cockpit view (a first for consoles) and also makes use of the console’s Activity Cards.
Beyond that, the upgrade incorporates enhanced draw distance, render distance and fog quality, improved volumetric, spruced up lighting effects and skyboxes with higher fidelity and resolution. In other words, it looks much prettier on PS5.
Oh, and don’t forget – the update is completely free for existing PS4 owners of Cloudpunk!
