Concord was pulled offline only a few weeks after launch, but there’s been speculation this week that Sony may be looking to relaunch the game as a Free-To-Play title after developer Firewalk Studios has been making changes with the game’s files on the Steam backend.
Reddit users have been sharing images of the Steam database for Concord, with activity logged as recently as October 8. This has got a lot of people hoping that Concord is being prepped for a relaunch as a F2P game. Nothing has been announced yet, so this is only speculation for now.

In case you’ve been living under a rock since late August, Concord utterly bombed on its release, and is probably one of the biggest flops in gaming history, let alone for Sony.
Not only that, but the format holder reportedly had very high hopes for Concord, and was internally believed to be the ‘future of PlayStation.’ Its budget was said to be in the region of $400 million, although there are conflicting reports regarding this figure. Regardless, Firewalk Studios were very passionate about Concord pre-release, so it’s a massive blow for them and there’s still no guarantee it will be saved yet.
