Cyberpunk 2077 Drops Out Of PS Store Top 20 Just One Month After Topping The Chart

CD Projekt RED‘s Cyberpunk 2077 has dropped out of the PlayStation Store Top 20 just one month after topping chart back in June.

Cyberpunk 2077 was pulled from Sony’s digital storefront not long after it was released in December 2020, and was only added back on June 21, 2021. However, despite initially selling well enough to become the top-performing game on the PS Store in June, it’s since dropped out of the Top 20 completely.

It’s worth remembering that Sony had advised people that purchasing Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 “is not recommended.”

Cyberpunk 2077 has had a troubled time since launching for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, with its performance on consoles plagued by various technical issues. CDPR has been doing its best to patch the game over the past few months, although it’s also had to deal with numerous lawsuits as a result of Cyberpunk’s performance.

Looking ahead, Cyberpunk 2077 will be coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S later in the year.
