According to UK retailer CoolShop, CD Projekt RED will release a physical version of Cyberpunk 2077 for the PS5 on November 30, 2023, with the game now available to preorder.
Even though Cyberpunk 2077 came out nearly three years ago for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, there has never been a physical release for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game. So, this is a pretty major deal if you’re still looking to pick up the game but want it on disc.
Cyberpunk 2077 recently received its first and only expansion, Phantom Liberty, and its Update 2.0 included a wealth of improvements to the base game, including a revamped police system, vehicular combat, and many quality of life additions. CDPR is continuing to patch the game, but revealed that Update 2.0 is the last major update for Cyberpunk 2077.
Earlier this month, CDPR revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 had sold 25 million copies worldwide, with the developer having spent around $125 million creating Phantom Liberty and fixing the game following its troubled launch.
