DC Universe Online has been in the works for so long that it’s starting to feel like GT5, or maybe it’s the other way around. Either way, the game is finally set for release this November.
The folks at IGN got some hands-on time with the game at a recent Sony Online Entertainment event, showcasing the E3 demo of DC Universe Online. The PlayStation 3 and PC game will put you in the shoes as either a superhero or villain. Of course, this is DC Universe, meaning you’ll encounter some famous characters.
The idea is for you to create a character that must prove his or herself to either a famous villain or superhero. You’ll land some XP along the way to boost your character.
SOE has yet to announce voice actors for the MMO. Look for the game at E3 and hopefully on store shelves this fall, as planned.
