The official Dead Island 2 Twitter account has revealed that developer Dambuster Studios will aim to deliver character packs for those who purchased the game’s Gold/Deluxe/HELL- A Edition in Summer 2023.
https://twitter.com/deadislandgame/status/1649403829148950530Dead Island 2 is now available for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The game has been a long time coming, as it was originally announced back in 2014, at which point it was in development at Yager.
However, this didn’t work out, and Deep Silver later confirmed that Sumo Digital, the UK-based studio responsible for LittleBigPlanet 3, had taken over the development reins. Finally, Dambuster Studios took over the project a few years back, resulting in the final version we have today.
