The South Korean ratings board has posted up a listing for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, suggesting a release may not be too far off after all. At the very least, it should mean we’ll be getting some new info on the Kojima Productions-developed title soon.
Here’s a translation of the rating, which features some basic details on the game’s content:
* Excessive violence
– There is red blood and bodily harm during combat using weapons during the game.
* Excessive vulgar language, profanity, and swearing
– There is excessive vulgar vulgarity and swearing during the game (f**k, a**h**e, s**t, d**n, h**ys**t, etc.)
* Direct drug use
– Smoking and drinking scenes are depicted during the game.

Death Stranding 2 is currently in development for the PS5 and is scheduled to launch at some point this year. Back in October last year, Hideo Kojima revealed that the project was about 30-40% complete, although at the time of writing we don’t know how much progress has been made since then. Fast-forward to January this year, and Kojima-san indicated that Death Stranding 2 had entered the crunch phase of development.
