Sony Interactive Entertainment has unleashed a grisly Demon’s Souls PS5 launch trailer, celebrating the release of not only the game, but Sony’s next-generation console too. Well, if you live in the US or Japan, anyway.

Demon’s Souls remake was developed by Bluepoint Games and SIE Japan Studio, and is a complete next-generation overhaul of From Software’s cult 2009 title on PS3. The full Trophy list for Demon’s Souls PS5 can be seen here if you’re interested.
Like many PS5 games arriving at launch, Demon’s Souls will support the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback, giving you the sensation of clashing metal and arrows flying past your character’s head.
Demon’s Souls is now available in the US and Japan and will arrive alongside the PS5 in the UK and Europe on November 19. The game will feature a reversible cover that acts as as brilliant nod back to the original 2009 version of Demon’s Souls.
