Bungie is gearing up for the Destiny 2 release date this September on PS4, PC, and Xbox One, but there’s still a chance to take the developer’s upcoming shared-world shooter for a spin months ahead of advance, thanks to the upcoming Destiny 2 beta.
The teaser is scheduled to roll out in summer 2017 for all platforms, and anyone will be able to get in on the action. However, you can also get early access to the beta, but there’s a catch: you will need to get your Destiny 2 preorder in to secure yourself a position in the upcoming taster. Fortunately, that’s all there is to it.

Remember, there’s plenty of options available when considering your preorder for Destiny 2. In addition to the standard edition of the alien shooter, there’s also a collector’s edition, digital deluxe edition, and limited edition up for grabs.
What we don’t know yet, however, is when the beta test will begin. Bungie has only said that it’s kicking off at some point this summer, and that it will roll out across all major platforms, so there’s no concern about anyone missing out on the action. Keep checking back here for more info and it’s probably worth keeping an eye on the Destiny 2 beta website for all the latest updates.
