Destiny 2 Is Bringing Back Festival Of The Lost Next Week

Destiny 2‘s Halloween-themed Festival of the Lost event is making a comeback next week, developer Bungie has announced

Destiny 2 Festival Of The Lost Return Date Confirmed

Festival of the Lost will kick off on October 6 and will run until November 3. Here’s the blurb from Bungie:

Eva Levante has returned as the herald of the Festival of the Lost. This holiday is a time for Guardians to indulge their sweet tooth, don irreverent masks, and celebrate the memories of those we have lost. The Pyramid ships loom, Europa awaits, and Darkness beckons. But for now, return to the Tower, grab some candy, and remind yourself what you’re fighting for.

As for what activities you can look forward to, players will be able to visit the Haunted Forest and meet with The Spider, who will task you with racing the clock within the dark corridors of the forest for valuable loot. Speaking of loot, there’s a new Exotic Sparrow up for grabs, along with a new ship and Ghost to collect.

Festival of the Lost will also give Guardians the chance to strap on some new Festival masks, as well as get your hands on ‘returning favourites.’

Destiny 2 is out now for PS4, PC and Xbox One and the game will receive its next major expansion, Beyond Light, in November.
