Destiny 2 update 2.0.21 is available to download on PS4 and Xbox One. The small patch fixes a few issues, including problems with the weekly challenges.
The update follows the release of Destiny 2 Forsaken, which features a ton of new content, including new supers, weapons and armor. A new Destiny 2 Raid called Last Wish is also due to launch on Friday.
Earlier today, Bungie revealed some details about the raid.

Fixed an issue where some Weekly Challenges were not resetting properly
Players who were impacted by this issue should now have their missing Challenges
Fixed an issue where players could earn Masterwork Cores at no cost through the Drifter
Fixed an issue where the reward for completing all available Crucible weapon triumphs was not properly available to all platforms
Bungie says that players who remain in activities and do not receive this hotfix will be returned to the title screen by 9:45 AM PDT.
