Bungie has announced launch timing for the new Destiny: Rise of Iron raid following the much-anticipated expansion’s release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One earlier today. Despite some initial hiccups, the DLC is now live and available for all to enjoy, so get stuck in.
Destiny: Rise of Iron Wrath of the Machine – when does the new raid go live?
The new raid will launch this Friday, September 23, at approximately 10.00am PST/1.00pm EST/6.00pm BST. The raid, titled Wrath of the Machine, sees Guardians exploring the inside of The Wall and facing off against the Death Zamboni at the top of the structure. As with previous raids, you’ll need a fireteam of six Guardians to tackle it—there’s no matchmaking here as per usual.
Destiny: Rise of Iron is the fourth major expansion for the shared-world shooter, following on from The Dark Below, House of Wolves, and The Taken King. The DLC adds a host of new content, such as fresh weapons, armor, artifacts, plus all-new story missions and Crucible maps to tuck into.
