Sony has released classic blast-’em-up Destroy All Humans 2 for PlayStation 4 today via the PlayStation Store in the U.S.

Destroy All Humans 2 PS4 invades PSN today!

The PlayStation 2 classic will set you back $19.99, and can be found here. Right now, it looks like the game is only available in North America, and follows on from the digital re-release of the first Destroy All Humans title for Sony’s flagship console earlier this year.

Developed Pandemic Studios, Destroy All Humans 2 was originally released on the PS2 back in 2006, and takes place ten years after the events of its predecessor. New features include the ability to travel to locations based on the likes of San Francisco Bay, London, Tokyo, and Tunguska, and Crypto can now body snatch humans to use them as a disguise.

Players can also unlock new weapons by obtaining data cores ejected from the mothership, and back tracking has been eliminated by the ability to call your flying saucer from an empty landing site to aid in navigation.

While not garnering the same critical acclaim as the original Destroy All Humans, the sequel nonetheless proved to be a commercial success, selling 340,000 copies in the U.S. and pulling in $13,000,000 in revenue to date.
