The Destruction AllStars PS5 release date has been revealed today by Sony as a part of its February PS Plus games announcement, with the game releasing on February 2, 2021, and available on PlayStation Plus the same day.
Lucid Games and Sony delayed the game last year from the PS5’s launch to give it more time to breath and a better chance of success with a day and date PS5 launch. Destruction AllStars is the first PS5 PlayStation Studios game to be available on PlayStation Plus and we will have a review up for it next week after it launches.
Sony also unveiled an in-depth look at Destruction AllStars in a new State of Play video, seen below. The video clocks in at around seven minutes, and goes into detail about the three vehicle types you’ll be getting to grips with, as well as the various abilities each character can do while on foot.
Lucid Games also dives into more info about the multiple game modes available beyond the standard Mayhem mode. These are playable online, too.
