Capcom has confirmed that the upcoming Devil May Cry HD Collection will not support 4K visuals on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
Speaking to USGamer, the video game giant revealed that the HD Collection will instead run at 1080p/60fps.
Devil May Cry HD Collection out early next year
This is still higher than the original version of Dante's remastered PS2 adventures, which clocked in at 720p on PS3 and Xbox 360 back in 2012.
Devil May Cry HD Collection will be slashing its way onto PS4 and Xbox One as a digital download and on disc from March 13, 2018.
The bundle features spruced up versions of Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, and Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition.
In related news, Devil May Cry 5 failed to turn up at the PlayStation Experience over the weekend as previously rumored. However, this doesn’t mean that Capcom isn’t working on the game in some capacity.
