DIRT 5 will support split-screen racing for up to four players, it has been revealed. Included in the DIRT 5 career mode which includes a fully voiced narrative from veteran industry voice actors Troy Baker and Nolan North, Codemasters is looking to give fans what they’ve always wanted – namely much more of that split-screen racing goodness.
The split-screen mode allows players to drop in and out of DIRT 5’s campaign, allowing both hosts and guests to gain rewards.

In addition to being scheduled for a release on PlayStation 4, DIRT 5 is tipped to be a PlayStation 5 launch title, too.
Personally, I think you can never have enough split-screen modes in games and it seems something of a lost art these days. What say you?
