Codemasters has announced that Dirt Rally PSVR support is coming to the off-road racer in the next few weeks, allowing PlayStation 4 users to experience the popular driving game with a whole new level of immersion.
The PlayStation VR version of Dirt Rally will offer players a ‘fully immersive off-road experience’ and allow you to hop into the driving seat of all available cars, and enjoy all routes and disciplines that makes up the Dirt Rally gameplay experience.

The PSVR experience isn’t the only highlight of the new update, however. Codemasters is also introducing a second player to join in on the game, who can pick up a DualShock 4 controller to assume the role of co-driver. Here, you utilise the social screen to send calls to the driver via the face buttons and touchpad.
Check out the debut trailer below. Dirt Rally’s VR upgrade will cost £9.99 via the PlayStation Store, or you can purchase the full game complete with the PSVR upgrade at retail.
