Ninja Theory has cut a piece of sexually suggestive dialogue from DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The line in question was cut from a conversation that takes place between Mundus and Lilith, the game’s major antagonists.
In the original PS3 and Xbox 360 version, the dialogue read as follows:
Mundus: "I will control the world through debt. I have absolute power."
Lilith: "The world is at last your bitch, as am I. Nothing left but to grab it by the hair, bend it over and —"
However, in Definitive Edition, the conversation is cut following the word ‘bitch.’ Speaking to Eurogamer, the chief creative officer for Ninja Theory said that it wasn’t keen on the line anyway, and described it as “irrelevant to the scene.”
The developer has instead added a new piece of dialogue into the game that was unfinished at the time of DmC’s original release.
