Following news that Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake is launching this November on PS5, Square Enix has also confirmed that development on Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake is underway and will launch on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.
In case you’re confused as to why Dragon Quest III is getting remastered before I & II, it’s because the storyline chronologically begins with that game, so you’ll experience the start this November and continue it with Dragon Quest I & II next year.
