Andrew Wilson, the CEO of publishing powerhouse Electronic Arts, has reportedly been tipped to replace Bob Iger as head of Disney after his contract expires in 2026.

Wilson joined EA back in 2000 and has served as CEO of the industry giant since 2013. Recently, the executive has touched on a number of controversial topics, including the use of in-game advertising in triple-A titles, which he suggests could be a ‘meaningful driver of growth.’ He also claimed that EA developers have ‘a real hunger‘ to utilise generative AI in order to speed up game development.
