Elasto Mania Team has announced that Elasto Mania Remastered is currently in development for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S and will launch at some point this year. The original game is available now for PC, and will also receive an upgrade alongside the remastered editions for consoles.
The company is currently accepting closed beta test applications.

It’s the best version of Elasto Mania yet—containing all the enhancements of the current Steam version, with additional never-before-seen higher fidelity assets straight from the original creators of Elasto Mania that couldn’t be added to the game 20 years ago, and some more goodies.
The Steam release will also be updated to the Remastered version free of charge for all players.

For those out of the loop, Elasto Mania originally launched for the PC back in January 2000 and features the concept of elastic motorbikes. The goal is to collect as many apples in each level, at which point you will have to touch a flower and proceed to the next level. If your head touches a solid structure or your bike’s wheels collide with a rotating spiky wheel, it’s back to the start of the level.
