FromSoftware and Bandai Namco Games have debuted 15 minutes of all-new Elden Ring gameplay footage for you to feast your eyes on.
The footage offers us a detailed look at the game’s lush fantasy-inspired open-world, including a battle against a massive dragon-esque beast.
The Elden Ring map is also visible, and is populated by acquiring map fragments, according to the voiceover. Markers are used to customise the map, including setting reminders for the location of enemies and crafting materials. You can also place beacons to aid in orientation.
Meanwhile, Spirit Springs can be used while on horseback to offer brief airborne traversal, and we’re also given a look at crafting in preparation to raid a carriage full of treasures. Like most RPGs, these items can be found in the game world, so keep your eyes peeled.
Elsewhere, the new Elden Ring footage also touches on multiplayer, which offers cooperative, competitive, and invasion elements. This leads into a boss battle against a massive bloke on an armoured beast, which is defeated by teaming up with a co-op partner.
