Electronic Arts has announced that F1 25, the latest instalment in the long-running racing franchise, will launch for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on May 30, 2025. However, those of you who plonk down the cash for the F1 25 Iconic Edition will be granted three days early access.
The Standard Edition of F1 25 meanwhile will grant preorder customers access to the F1 75 Celebration Pack, the F1 World Starter Pack, and 5,000 PitCoin currency. In terms of actual content, EA confirmed the return of the Braking Point story mode, which now features multiple difficulty settings to choose from that appeals to both rookies and series veterans alike. Meanwhile, MyTeam has also seen significant improvements, with the press blurb revealing players will be stepping into the role of the owner of their own F1 team.
As Formula 1® celebrates its 75th anniversary, players can compete alongside and against the biggest driver line-up change in several years, including Lewis Hamilton’s unprecedented move from Mercedes to Ferrari. The 2025 season promises to deliver the most unpredictable and dramatic season. With new stars trying to make a name for themselves, established drivers challenging for podiums, or veterans hoping for a World Championship on a new team, F1® 25 allows players to re-create every breathtaking moment through various single-player and new collaborative options.
