FIFA 23 has finally been given a release date for later this year on September 30, 2022, and we also got confirmation from EA that the game will include Women’s Leagues, support cross-play, and also feature both the Men’s and Women’s World Cup competitions.
EA unveiled the FIFA 23 reveal trailer today, and along with it confirmed that not just one, but two Women’s Leagues would be included, along with the Women’s World Cup.
The news was announced on the official Twitter account for the EA Sports FIFA franchise, which you can check out here.

Both the Barclays FA Women’s Super League and the Division 1 Arkema will be included in FIFA 23, confirming that this will be the first FIFA title in which Women’s club football players and teams are included.
Though it wasn’t previously rumoured that both the Women’s and Men’s World Cup competitions would be featured, we did get a small hint last night ahead of today’s announcement.
Cryptic as ever, Twitter account The Snitch posted two emojis, a globe, and a trophy, which we now know for sure to be a reference to EA’s news today.
