Fighting Force Collection Brings Classic Brawlers To PS5, PS4 On January 23

Implicit Conversions and Limited Run Games have announced that Fighting Force Collection will launch on January 23, 2026 for PS5, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

The bundle features Fighting Force and Fighting Force II, two classic brawlers from the original PLayStation that launched in 1997 and 1999, respectively. First off, Fighting Force sees players choosing from one of four characters — Hawk Mason, Mace Daniels, Alana McKendricks, or Ben Johnson, as they battling through legions of bad guys to overthrow the nefarious Dr. Dex Seng.

Fighting Force supports two-player co-op or solo play and sees you scrapping through seven levels spread across 22 stages, with various weapons up for grabs including rocket launchers, shotguns, pipes, grenades and more. Each character has their own unique skills and strengths, with dozens of moves to master.

The sequel, Fighting Force 2, sees Mason returning to investigate human cloning experiments conducted by the Knackmiche Corporation, so you’ll be battling through an R&D facility packed with “amazing visuals and advanced special effects.” 20 weapons are at your disposal alongside action-packed hand-to-hand combat, with plenty of “devastating combination moves” to learn.

Fighting Force Collection arrives Jan. 23 for PS5, PS4, PC, and Switch.
