In Far Cry Dawn for PS4, Xbox One and PC, there are numerous treasure hunts to enjoy. In the following guide, we’ll show you how to solve the first treasure hunt “For Whom The Bear Tolls“, which is set in the churchyard.
You can pick up the first couple of treasure hunts at Prosperity from the guy who stands by the exit out to Hope County. After that, you can buy a map from the Cartographer to unlock the locations of all treasures.
For Whom The Bear Tolls Treasure Hunt
Each treasure hunt in Far Cry Dawn requires you to solve a puzzle, and some are trickier than others. “For Whom The Bear Tolls” eases you in nice and gently.
First up, you need to head to this location. You’re searching for a stash under the old church at the Fang Center.
Pick up the note, which reads:
“I was digging around the church the other day and found some kinda crypt under the building. Well whaddya know! Place looked perfect for my suppliers, so I moved everything in pretty as you please, then gave the key to the new bear I trained. He runs up every time I sound the signal, just like we practiced.”
There’s a few low level Highwaymen to take care off, so see to them first. Then, head to the roof of the church. You’ll need to ring the bell – you can dot his by punching it. You will have to punch it a few times, until you alert a bear.
A bear will now appear in the church grounds. It’s best to attack it from afar, and it’s easier to kill if you’ve brought along one of the Guns For Hire. Once dead, check out the church grounds for a hole that leads to an underground bunker.
