Yes, it’s time for yet another beta key giveaway. This one’s for UK PlayStation 3 owners only, though. According to CVG, UK-based retailer Gamestation has got its hands on some Resistance 2 beta keys, available free when you preorder the game.
Sony says you should get your skates on if you want a taste. "This is a strictly limited offer to anybody quick enough to order Resistance 2 from Gamestation while our stock of beta keys last," a rep commented.
"The Beta will include competitive maps from three locations in the game where you can battle up to 60 rivals at once. Alternatively you will also be able to battle alongside friends in one of the co-op levels in the game."
Resistance 2, as we’re frankly sick of telling you by now, is a super-sized sci-fi FPS from Ratchet and Clank developer Insomniac Games. It’s out on November 4 in North America, and November 28 in the UK.
