Another PS3 exclusive has been revealed — but not the kind you might expect.
GameStop appears to have acquired the exclusive rights to sell Sony’s silver DualShock 3 controller in North America. The company touts the item as a GameStop exclusive in its weekly advertisement.
The controller, which ships on June 24, is not as exclusive as it might seem, however. Amazon already has the item available for purchase for a mere five dollars more. How, then, does GameStop have the exclusive rights to sell the controller? Amazon is selling the Japanese version of the controller, which launched some time ago in the region.
