The PlayStation Awards 2015 will take place on December 3, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ) has announced.
According to a translation of the Japanese PlayStation website by NeoGAF, the event will be streamed on niconico if you fancy catching them live. For those out of the loop, the PlayStation Awards typically focus on awards to the best-selling PlayStation titles from the past 12 months, so with that in mind Bloodborne is sure to perform well.

*Platinum Prize: Software titles (DL) with an accumulated shipment quantity (including download quantity) of over 1 million copies
*Gold Prize: Software titles (DL) with an accumulated shipment quantity (including download quantity) of over 500,000 copies
*PlayStation Network Award: Top 3 titles which has the most digital sales through October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015
*Asia Special Award: 3 titles contributed to asia business
*Users’ Choice Award: Top 5 titles voted by Japan Users and Top 5 titles voted by Asia users
In case you are wondering if you have your dates wrong, you haven’t: the PlayStation Awards are indeed taking place on the same day as The Game Awards 2015, which itself is sure to host a number of surprise announcements.
