Xbox overlord Phil Spencer has heaped praise on God of War director Cory Barlog for his handling of backlash from fans over the recent delay of upcoming PS5 and PS4 sequel, God of War Ragnarok.
Barlog was responding to the onslaught of frankly vile negative comments directed towards Sony Santa Monica Studio team member Alanah Pearce, where he suggested that people who have an issue should place the blame on him.
Spencer caught wind of the post, and extended his praise to Barlog for his handling of the situation. You can see it all below.

God of War Ragnarok was confirmed last week to have been pushed into 2022, and not only that, but it will also be coming to PS4 in addition to the previously-announced PS5 version.
