God Of War PC Was In Development For At Least 2 Years

Speaking with Game Informer, Matt DeWald, Senior Manager Of Technical Production at Sony Santa Monica Studio, has revealed that its God of War PC port was in development for at least two years prior to its launch this month.

Jetpack Interactive handled the lion’s share of production duties on the game, with original creators Santa Monica Studio serving as a supervisor. DeWald revealed in the interview that he’s been lately playing with mouse and keyboard having spent two years working on the PC version of God of War.

I actually play most of the time on mouse and keyboard now just because I’ve been working on it for two years, and it’s just been my default. It feels super natural to me to play it on mouse and keyboard.
