Sony has unleashed its marketing blitz for God of War Ragnarok on the New York City subway to celebrate the launch of the Norse-flavoured adventure sequel.
As you can see from the view below, Sony has kitted out subway cars with massive God of War Ragnarok art work, while the turntables in the subway feature names of the nine realms — so you’re effectively passing into one of the realms when you go through. Neat!

God of War Ragnarok is now available for PS4 & PS5, and you can read our full verdict on the game here. Sony was quick to note that there’s a major update available for the game now, which comes with a truckload of fixes.
Those of you looking to hunt for all the game’s Trophies will be looking at about 50-60 hours on the Give Me Balance difficulty setting.
Meanwhile, if you’re buying the PS4 version of God of War Ragnarok, you’ll be pleased to learn it runs impressively despite the fact it’ll make your console sound like a jet engine. You’ll also be able to take advantage of several graphics modes depending on your hardware setup.
