Sony Santa Monica Studio plans to release the God of War Ragnarok Photo Mode at some point down the line, but modder Speclizer has managed to unlock the unfinished version of the mode already.
Speaking to Eurogamer, the modder revealed that the Photo Mode is currently in the same state as God of War 2018’s own photo mode, although there’s some UI difference as well as the ability to change Mimir’s expression. For more details, see the tweet below.

God of War Ragnarok is out now for PS4 & PS5, and you can read our review here. Unfortunately, some gamers who purchased the Collector’s Edition received their orders only to find out that they were lacking the actual game.
The director of the game, Eric Williams, admitted that the development team were concerned that God of War Ragnarok wouldn’t be good only a few months ago.
