The Game Awards are welcoming back God of War Ragnarok voice actor Christopher Judge for this year’s show, who will instead be presenting an award at the event rather than being one of many nominated for a gong.
Last year, Judge was awarded the Best Performer award for his performance as Kratos in the Sony Santa Monica Studio-developed sequel, and gave a very moving (if slightly lengthy) speech when collecting his gong. This time around, Judge will be dishing out an award, although right now we don’t know what category he will be presenting for.
Judge also picked up the BAFTA for Performer in a Leading Role at this year’s BAFTA Awards back in March, and during his speech called for gamers to forget about the console wars.
While we’re on the subject of God of War Ragnarok, it has been heavily rumoured that Sony is working on DLC for the critically acclaimed sequel, which may be announced at The Game Awards 2023.
