Sony Santa Monica Studio has finally announced the long-rumoured God of War spinoff game, and it’s called God of War: Sons of Sparta. However, this latest entry in the series is a 2D action game, and what’s more, its out now on PS5!
God of War Sons of Sparta is a 2D action platformer with a canon story set in Kratos’ youth during his brutal training at the Spartan Agoge alongside his brother Deimos. They must overcome threats that will put all their training to the test while confronting the true meaning of duty and honor. Developed by Mega Cat Studios in partnership with Santa Monica Studio.
