Sony has announced that it plans on unleashing a limited run collector’s edition release of Polyphony Digital racer Gran Turismo 5 for consumers in the U.S.
Priced at $99.99 USD, the collector’s edition release will include a 1:43 scale diecast Nissan GT-R Spec V, a comprehensive 300-page car guide, a GT-branded key chain, a voucher for five downloadable motors, as well as a numbered certificate of authenticity. Oh, and it all comes wrapped up in a swanky limited edition packaging.
No word on a European release, though hopefully we’ll hear something on the matter soon. Gran Turismo 5 is scheduled for release in North America on November 2, 2010.
