Gran Turismo Sport update 1.05 is now available to download for the PS4, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Polyphony Digital have announced.
This latest update for the upcoming racing simulation title weighs in at a pretty hefty 9.783GB, and offers a wealth of changes, including improved game physics and force feedback, a quick options menu, and various bug fixes. One of the most significant additions however is the increase in the number of races in a single day, plus a new chase camera.

The Gran Turismo Sport beta kicked off on April 15 although there is currently no closing date in sight, so you can still submit your application if you fancy getting in on the action. The full version of the upcoming racer is set to launch in 2017, although a firm release date has yet to be confirmed. The title was originally scheduled to ship in late 2016, but was pushed back to allow additional development time.
Despite the lack of a number in the title, Gran Turismo Sport is very much a full-fledged instalment in the venerated racing franchise, with an extensive lineup of game modes including a career option and other staples such as real-time damage effects. Players can also take part in the PSVR-specific VR Tour Mode.
