Guerrilla Games has unveiled two swanky Killzone 3 Collector’s Edition packs for European territories, among which includes the Helghast Edition set previously confirmed for North American audiences.
Due out alongside the standard release in February 2011, PAL gamers will be able to get their grubby mitts on a special steelbook Collector’s Edition in addition to the aforementioned Helghast release.
The steelbook case version – aside from including a copy of the hotly anticipated shooter, obviously – will also throw in a soundtrack, retro map-pack and a redeemable code allowing gamers to grab a dynamic XMB theme.
Meanwhile, pre-ordering Killzone 3 from selected retailers will bag you the following goodies:
Guerrilla Pack:
Unlocks all weapons and abilities for your first 24 hours of multiplayer gameplay.
Fast Starter Pack:
Lets you rise through the ranks faster by earning experience points at twice the normal rate for your first 24 hours of multiplayer gameplay.
Unlock & Load Pack:
Gives you 3 unlock points to use on any weapon or ability you want.
For those unaware, the Helghast Edition will include all the gear featured in the steelbook version, plus a sumptuously hand-decorated Helghast helmet, 100-page hardbound art book, a cloaking marksman figurine and all assorted pre-order bits and pieces.
