Arrowhead Games‘ Helldivers 2 has managed to hold on to its number seven spot on the UK physical charts for a second week, with sales increasing by 28% during the period. That’s according to the latest figures provided by Christopher Dring on Twitter, who said that digital sales will be issued at the end of the month.
Helldivers 2 launched on February 8 for PS5 and PC, and has received a steady stream of updates from Arrowhead Games that have been aimed at bug fixing and general improvements. The game suffered from matchmaking problems during its first couple of days, and its servers had even maxed out their capacity at one stage, proving just how popular the game has been.

Helldivers 2 was recently name-dropped by Phil Spencer following Microsoft’s announcement that it plans to bring a number of its titles to PS5 and Switch. Spencer praised Sony for shipping on PS5 and PC simultaneously, but was clearly a bit salty about the fact it wasn’t available on Xbox.
