Hogwarts Legacy will not feature multiplayer, WB Games and Avalanche Software have revealed during a FAQ.
The news comes following a dedicated State of Play event for Hogwarts Legacy last week, where both companies revealed a slew of new details on the highly anticipated fantasy-RPG. We also got a confirmed Holiday 2022 release date for the Wizardly World-set title.
Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world, single-player, action role-playing videogame (RPG) set in the 1800s wizarding world. The story has players experiencing life as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry like never before, as they live the unwritten and embark on a dangerous journey to uncover a hidden truth of the wizarding world.
Fortunately, there’s also no microtransactions included in Hogwarts Legacy, which should please just about everyone.
Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled for release on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One in Holiday 2022. Check out the latest gameplay footage in action here.
