According to a couple of retail listings for Hogwarts Legacy in the US and UK, Hogwarts Legacy will retail for $69.99/£69.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, which is $10/£10 more than PS4 and Xbox One versions of the upcoming fantasy-RPG.
Interestingly, there appears to be no upgrade path in store for PS4 and Xbox One buyers, so that means if you want the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S version, you’ll have to buy it outright rather than grab it for last-gen and freely upgrade. You’ll still be able to play them on new consoles via backwards compatibility, though.

Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled for release on PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One in Holiday 2022. The game takes place in the 1800s, and sees plaa[[[[;;;;;;’yers attending Hogwarts School for Witchcraft & Wizardry as they learn spells, hang out with students in the common room, and battle against evil goblins and other forces of darkness.
