Guerrilla Games has announced that the first closed beta test for Horizon Hunters Gathering will run from February 27 — March 1, and will take place in Europe and North America.
If you’re part of the PlayStation Beta Program then you’ll be in for a shot at taking part in the beta, with the severs running 7.00pm — 10.00pm (EU) and 4.00pm — 7.00pm PST (US). The Horizon Hunters Gathering closed beta test will allow you to play as Axle, Rem, and Sun, with Machine Incursion and Cauldron Descent among the game modes available to take part in.
The Colorado Springs map will play host to both modes, and players will also be able to take Gathering for a spin, which is a social space of sorts where users are able to customise their camp site.
Horizon Hunters Gathering sees players teaming up as the last line of humanity’s defence against the machines, where you’ll select from a roster of uniquely skilled Hunters, each one featuring a different play style and weapon. Here, you’ll battle against machines alongside friends or NPCs, with your foes possessing a variety of attacks and elemental effects that will test your teamwork.
Guerrilla Games has yet to announce a release date for Horizon Hunters Gathering.
