Playdead has super-glued an August 23 release date to its upcoming PlayStation 4 release of Inside.
The puzzle-platform title was originally released on the Xbox One back in June, and arrived shortly afterwards on Steam. A PS4 version was outed when the Trophy list for the Sony console version appeared online.
Viewed as something of a spiritual successor to Playdead’s own Limbo, Inside sees gamers controlling a young boy through a monochromatic landscape while solving puzzles and avoiding a grisly death.
