Just in case there was any of that sweet Assassin’s Creed dollar left for Ubisoft to hoover up, the French mega-publisher has gone and registered a domain name for something called the “Assassin’s Creed Collection” over at www.assassinscreedcollection.com.
Now sadly the site isn’t working as yet, but this could simply be down to the fact that the domain was only registered just two days ago on Saturday, December 12th. You can see a screencap of the registration below:
With next year’s game not yet announced (the most recent one, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate only came out in October of this year), it could well be that Ubisoft is preparing an all-encompassing collection of their Assassin’s Creed games for PS4.
Lest we forget though, Ubisoft has already done not one, not two, not three, but four compliations for the series with the Ezio Trilogy, Heritage Collection, Anthology and Ultimate Collection (PC only that last one) already on shop shelves.
What do you guys think? Does the notion of playing Assassin’s Creed II get you all hot and sweaty, or do you really not give a flying one about a collection of tower-climbing simulators?
